• Sign off of the Layout and the quotation by you as a customer and Charminar as the Contractor

• Sign off of the project contract between both the parties at a sign off ceremony and Unit Keys handover to us by you

• Documents procurements from you as a client to precede all relevant approval stages

• Material sample boards, mood boards approvals

• Invitation sent to you for a site progress work inspection by us

• Apply for project completion procedures by us to the relevant authorities for final inspections
