How we Work for general maintenance
- We offer maintenance service for six days a week with a 24 hour emergency call-out facility.
- Planned preventive maintenance is coordinated with the respective customers in accordance with the manufacturers' and suppliers recommendations in order to maintain the design efficiency of equipment and services and prevent as much as possible the frequency of breakdowns and the length of the downtime.
- The maintenance cover will provide prompt, cost effective and efficient maintenance support and solutions.
- In order to ensure smooth execution of the services, the maintenance crew is always on toes to execute planned and preventive maintenance along with all emergency call-out services.
- A triplicate job card system is introduced to record all incoming maintenance calls, record of repairs carried out and spare parts issued along with the satisfaction signature of the concerned customer.

- Preparation: A thorough cleaning is carried out on the current floor to get rid of any dust, grime, grease,
or debris. This can involve shot blasting or grinding to provide a porous, smooth surface for improved adherence to it.
- Patching and Fixing:To achieve a consistent surface, any holes, fissures, or other irregularities in the floor are filled in using the proper materials.
- Setting the stage: To boost the adhesion of the epoxy coating, a primer is sprayed onto the prepared surface.
- Blending the Epoxy: To create a homogenous blend, the epoxy resin and hardener are combined according to the directions provided by the manufacturer.
- Using Epoxy: Using a roller or squeegee, the combined epoxy is poured over the floor and evenly spread. Several layers can be used, based on the thickness and finish that are required.
- Including Decorative Details: For a personalized appearance, you can choose to put decorative flakes, quartz, or other additives onto the wet epoxy.
- Curing: The epoxy undergoes cure for a specific period, typically 24 to 48 hours, to achieve its maximum hardness and durability.
- Application of Topcoat: To increase the strength, shine, and durability to abrasions and chemicals, a clear topcoat may be used.
- Final Inspection: After finishing, the floor is examined for flaws and irregularities, and touch-ups are made as needed.
- Surface Preparation: First things first, the surface has to be cleaned well. Make sure it’s all smooth and fixed up. No dust, no debris, no cracks.
- Priming: You gotta apply a primer. This step is super important. It helps the waterproofing material stick better to the surface.
- Applying Waterproofing Membrane: There are a few ways to do this. You have liquid-applied membranes, sheet membranes, & even bituminous coatings. The choice depends on what your project needs specifically.
- Liquid-applied membrane: It involves applying a coating that dries into a permanent, flexible layer. This layer is long-lasting & smooth.
- Sheet Membrane: Pre-formed sheets that are adhered to the surface, often used in areas like roofs and foundations.
- Bituminous Coating: A tar-like material that provides a waterproof barrier, commonly used on concrete surfaces.
- Detailing: Ensuring that corners, joints, and penetrations are properly locked and sealed, often using reinforcing tapes or applying additional layers of membrane.
- Curing: Agreeing the waterproofing material to set and cure as per the manufacturer’s directions to achieve maximum effectiveness.
- Inspection and Testing: Checking for any missed areas or defects in the waterproofing layer and conducting water tests to ensure the surface is fully protected.
- Surface Preparation: Make sure to Clean walls and ceilings to remove dust, grease, and debris. We do Repair cracks, holes, and imperfections with putty or filler. Sand the surfaces to ensure smoothness. Apply a primer to ensure proper adhesion of the paint.
- Selection of Paint: Choose appropriate types of paints (e.g. matte, satin, or gloss) based on room utility and desired finish and output. Select colors that match the interior design project.
- Application: Painting with rollers, brushes, or sprayers. Ideally painting two proper coats is recommended for even coverage and long-lasting paint. Let each coat dry completely between them, following the manufacturer’s recommendation.
- Detail Work: Paint trim, moldings, and any architectural features with precision. Ensure clean lines and edges, often using painter’s tape to protect adjoining surfaces.
- Clean-Up and Inspection: Clean tools and dispose of any waste materials. Inspect the finished work for any touch-ups or corrections. Ensure the workspace is clean and paint odors are ventilated out.
- Surface Preparation: To prepare a smooth surface, clean exterior walls using pressure washing to remove dirt, mold, and loose paint. Scrape and sand peeling or flaking areas. Repair any cracks or damaged areas with appropriate fillers or caulk. Prime all repaired and bare surfaces to ensure proper adhesion.
- Selection of Paint: Choose high-quality, weather-resistant exterior paints. Select colors that enhance the building’s aesthetic and comply with legal rules, regulations, or guidelines.
- Application: Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers, ensuring even coverage. Typically, two coats are applied for durability and protection against the elements. Follow the manufacturer’s drying time recommendations between coats.
- Detail Work: Paint trim, doors, and windows with precision. Ensure clean lines and protection of non-paintable areas using painter’s tape and coverings.
- Clean-Up and Inspection: Clean tools and dispose of any waste materials properly. Conduct a thorough inspection to ensure
uniform coverage and address any touch-ups. Ensure the site is clean and free of any paint debris.
- Planning and Design: Determine the layout and design of the interlocking pavers. This includes measuring the area, selecting the paver style, and creating a pattern.
- Site Preparation: Excavate the area to the required depth considering the thickness of the pavers and the base material. We will ensure that there is no debris and that the area is thoroughly cleaned and leveled.
- Base Installation: A compacted gravel base is laid typically 4-6 inches thick, to provide a stable foundation. Use a plate compactor to compact the gravel in layers for stability.
- Sand Bedding: Spread a coarse in 1-inch of layer sand over the compacted gravel base. This layer helps in leveling the pavers and allows for minor adjustments during installation.
- Laying Pavers: Start laying the interlocking pavers according to the planned design. Place each paver carefully and use a rubber mallet to ensure they are level and fit snugly together.
- Edge Restraints: Install edge restraints along the perimeter to keep the pavers in place and prevent shifting. These can be plastic, metal, or concrete.
- Compacting Pavers: Once all the pavers are laid, use a plate compactor to shake them into the sand bedding. This step ensures the pavers are firmly set and level.
